Abstract
Toplum içerisinde uyulması gereken birtakım kurallar bulunmaktadır. Bu kurallar arasında görgü ve nezaket kuralları da yer almaktadır. Görgü ve nezaket kuralları dünya üzerinde sosyal iletişim ve etkileşiminin sağlık bir şekilde gerçekleşmesinde yüksek derecede önem taşır. Birçok alanda olduğu gibi gastronomi alanında da görgü ve nezaket kurallarına uymak önemlidir ve bu kurallara riayet edilmediği takdirde olumsuz durumlarla karşılaşılması işten bile değildir. Derleme tipinde olan bu çalışma kapsamında görgü ve nezaket kuralları ile gastronomi arasındaki ilişkiye açıklık getirmek amaçlanmaktadır. Çalışma gastronomi literatürüne davranışsal açıdan önemli bir fayda sağlamakta ve gelecekte yapılacak gastronomiyle ilgili çalışmalara önemli bir kaynak fonksiyonu üstlenmektedir. Çalışmanın sonucunda görgü ve nezaket kuralları ile gastronominin yakın bir ilişkisinin olduğu, görgü ve nezaket kurallarına uyum göstermenin gastronomik işleyiş ve gelişim açısından oldukça önem arz ettiği ortaya çıkmaktadır.

Abstract
There are certain rules that must be followed in society. Among these rules are the rules of etiquette and courtesy. The rules of etiquette and courtesy are of high importance in the realization of social communication and interaction in the world in a healthy way. As in many areas, it is important to follow the rules of etiquette and courtesy in the field of gastronomy, and if these rules are not followed, it is easy to encounter negative situations. Within the scope of this compilation type study, it is aimed to clarify the relationship between etiquette and courtesy rules and gastronomy. The study provides an important behavioral benefit to the gastronomy literature and undertakes an important resource function for future gastronomy-related studies. As a result of the study, it is revealed that there is a close relationship between etiquette and courtesy rules and gastronomy, and that complying with the rules of etiquette and courtesy is very important in terms of gastronomic functioning and development.
